Streamlined the delivery process from project scoping to closure, increasing the number of implementations by 84% YoY (31 in 2023 to 57 in 2024).
Led the team to profitability by expanding the customer base, increasing solution adoption, and introducing modular features tailored to merchants' needs, contributing to a 101% year-over-year growth in-app subscription revenue.
Scaled the product suite from two to eight SaaS solutions in three years, enhancing product offerings with modular features and integrating platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo Email, David Jones, MYER, and Loop Returns.
Conducted competitor analysis, feature benchmarking, forecast analysis, and UX research with current users, resulting in a 44% increase in organic impressions over six months.
