What I did: At DotCollective, I led a team of 8 and managed a product suite called DotApparel, comprising 8 SaaS solutions designed to integrate ERPs with various platforms for Shopify, CRM, and marketplaces.

My work focused on driving product strategy, enhancing user experience, and supporting sales with clear, effective collateral. These efforts contributed to improving customer engagement and driving business growth.

Highlights:

  • Streamlined the delivery process from project scoping to closure, increasing the number of implementations by 84% YoY (31 in 2023 to 57 in 2024).

  • Led the team to profitability by expanding the customer base, increasing solution adoption, and introducing modular features tailored to merchants' needs, contributing to a 101% YoY growth in app subscription revenue.

  • Scaled the product suite from two to eight SaaS solutions in three years, enhancing product offerings with modular features and integrating platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo Email, David Jones, MYER, and Loop Returns.

  • Conducted competitor analysis, feature benchmarking, forecast analysis, and UX research with current users, resulting in a 44% increase in organic LinkedIn impressions over six months.
